AI fundamentals
Write a task, provide context and compare answers to see where AI is useful.
For cultural centres and community venues
Less routine, more time for culture.
Turn notes, documents and ideas into a usable first draft. Two practical morning sessions exploring AI through the everyday work of cultural organisations.
Everyday work
From an idea to a practical exercise
Try summarising documents, comparing priorities and developing ideas. Gain practical knowledge to use AI tools independently in your daily work and check the quality of their output.
For staff at municipal cultural centres and community venues who plan events, coordinate projects, prepare documents or communicate with visitors. The sessions are relevant to managers, administrators, cultural organisers and communications specialists who want practical experience with AI.
Before the workshop, you will complete a short survey about your daily work, recurring tasks and experience with AI. This helps me choose examples and exercises relevant to the group.
You will need a computer and an internet connection. We will confirm access to tools and any preparation before the workshop.
Practical programme
Write a task, provide context and compare answers to see where AI is useful.
Turn anonymised notes into a draft set of minutes, plan or report, and identify missing information.
Break down tasks, compare their order and look for conflicts in deadlines or resources.
Explore ideas, scenario structures and funding application outlines.
Develop text and visual directions for different channels from one idea.
Choose a recurring task, sketch a workflow and check data and output risks.
Step by step
